Week 1 & 2 - Mindset
With the Mind module, you’ll learn vital relaxation and meditation techniques to quickly and effortlessly manage and control your emotional reactions. You’ll go from a tense ball-of-stress to a peaceful, serene goddess and turn your household into a sanctuary.
You'll get clear on the exact type of mum you want to be and WHY! You'll learn how changing the way you think and speak about yourself, your kids and parenting will make everything so much easier!
Week 3 & 4 - Body
Motherhood wreaks havoc on a mum’s health. Without taking care of yourself, you’ll never be able to take care of your family. Don’t neglect your own needs. Self-sacrifice is a misguided parenting strategy that causes more problems than solutions. We'll cover how to look after yourself both physically and emotionally so that you aren't resentful and feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope.
Sleep is the holy grail of every mum and in this module we'll talk about how maximising quality sleep (even if frequently disrupted) can be the game changer you're looking for.
Weeks 5 & 6 - Parenting
The Parenting Modules prepare you for the most important job of your life. As part of the program, you’ll learn the normal stages of childhood development, what you can expect and how you can help your child achieve their goals.
You’ll also learn how to effectively communicate with your children and how to develop respectful and supportive relationships.
In this practical module of the program we'll examine the parenting issues that are facing the mums who participate in the program which can include and not limited to tantrums, whinging, sibling rivalry, aggression, discipline techniques, parenting in different age groups and responding to teenagers.
Lastly, we’ll tie the programme all together and you’ll develop a comprehensive daily routine, incorporating both your family’s and your own personal needs, so you can quickly become the mum you’ve always wanted to be!
